How to know which websites that the users inside my network is connected to?

i have a network connected to a router"Conexant - Hasbani"

Some said that there is a way using Telnet but i don't know it

I'm not completely familiar with that router, but many will allow you to telnet to them (see the users manual) others will allow you to access them via a standard web browser.  Depending on which method you use and the capabilities of the router, you MIGHT be able to see what connections are open or the router may LOG the connections for you to view at a later time.

Check out your users manual or search the net for connecting to the router and logging.
