  1. you can use an ovulation calendar on google, it may help you track your ovulation days.  good luck!!!

  2. The best way to know if you are ovulating is to take your Basal Body Temperature.  That is your temp first thing in the morning when you wake up, before you move around any.  When you ovulate, your temp should go up and you should see a clear thermal shift.  That is basically the only way to know for sure that you did ovulate.  Other things that you can look at to tell if you are going to ovulate are: cervical fluid (it should get to a watery or eggwhite consistency before you ovulate) and also the position of your cervix (when fertile, it becomes high, soft, and open.)  I am a member of www.fertilityfriend.com (it's free) and you can use that to chart your temps to see if you've ovulated for the month or not.  If you do not have success this month, then I would definitely start charting, just to make sure you are ovulating.  Also, the 14 day thing is not a rule, most women ovulate earlier or later than that.  You definitely need to see when you ovulate, that way you know when to test.  Good luck to you!

  3. AH HA! My period was on the 18th and I have had no premenstrual symptoms either! You should wait for your period, or if you think you are pregnant you should try to test using an early results test.!! GOOD LUCK! AND IF WE ARE PREGNANT OUR babies will be born at the same time! WHOO HOO!

  4. If for some reason you are not pregnant this time around I would definitely check into checking your EWCM every day and then tracking your BBT. I did this this month and I'm in the 2WW now. Good Luck! Baby Dust!
