Exactly, I could not know your question, you want to know credit limit on your own credit card or in general.

If it is your card, from the day one your receive card with your credit limit information, the limit is set out by credit card issuer as per your documents submission  and later it increases/decreases as per your spending and paying back system.

If you want in general, it depends on card to card, individual to individual, according to income papers and some of other critiria which are confidential with card issuer.

because if it was your own card, then you would know the credit limit. they tell you every month on the bill...
