How to launch analysis on an .exe files?

I can;t figure out how to launch analysis on an .exe files by right clicking on it...can someone teach me?

I don't know exactly what you want to do but I run a scan disc utility that's in the safe mode [f2} I just do a restart and hit this and went safe mode comes hit on the utility and take a nap it takes about 3 hours to check all my files. Hope this is what you need. good luck
