How to launch my rocket?

hi i am in the process of makeing a rocket most likely i am gonna use a 2 litter bottle but i hav no wat to launch it into the air i was gonna use an air compresser but it is broken then i was gonna fill it with coke and drop mentos in but it didnt give enough lift so how can i create lift also i am 13 so i cant use fire so plz pzl pzl help me =]

It's going to be difficult because you're going to have to inject something into it, have the reaction happen and not have the fuel components spill out when you flip it immediately before launch.  Trying to think of something that will react with water--like sodium, potassium or another of the alkali elements, but that could be too energetic and probably explosive.   DO NOT USE ANYTHING LIKE THAT though without proper, knowledgeable supervision.  Your science teacher should be able to give you a couple ideas.  Well, unless this is for your science class.  Sorry.  I can't think of anything you'd find around the house to use.  Try and fix the compressor.  Good luck.

get a plank of wood about 4 meters long (quality wood)  place the middle of the plank on a small, but stern structure around 1 meter high.  place your rocket on the end of the plank that is resting on the floor. place a 3 meter ladder on the raised side of your structure. Climb to the top of the ladder and scream, "Geronimo"  jump of your ladder onto the raised plank... and watch your rocket take off.  (I would wear a helmet)

If you have problems funding your structure, Go to the nearest kindergarten, and use the seesaw.
