How to learn English??

Question

I'm 28yrs old and from non english speaking back ground and recently came to USA. I do speak english but in bits 'n' pieces not so fluently. My writing skills are also not so good. (you can see it here also!)

I want to learn English to speak fluently.

Is there any community college that I can go and learn? or is there any online program or course that I can take?

Please advice.

Judging from your writing, you seem to have a good enough command of English that you probably just need some more immersion to get fluent. But there are ESL classes all over the place in the US, so you could probably find one in a university or community college.

well...there are may classes you can take to learn English. Some English learning programs take place in colleges at a reasonable price. Some more pricey English class you can find online or in your local newspaper. I know that where I live, there are English classes everywhere!  Good luck with your search! :D
