How to learn English ?

i am a Taiwanese. I need a correspondent to practice english , i think it is really difficult for me to speak with others. Hope someone can communicate with me.

Read more (magazines, books, newspapers), speak more (don't be shy) and watch more TV and movies and be sure to turn on the caption while you are doing so. Look up the words as soon as you don't understand. You should be comfortable with English in no time :)
