Read a book on phsycology but it may take more than a few minutes. Plus the time to get the book... my sister owns some there actually really cool i liked learning about OCD.

but ya get one of those books. i think it was like abnormal something but ya cuz she studies it in college

You cant learn the whole psychology in few minutes. But you can memorize its meaning in few seconds...Learning psychology needs too much time.

It doesnt work like that. To truly understand psychology first you need to be a psychologist, then you need to have a psychotic episode so you can really appreciate what is going on.

You can't learn it in a few minutes but one of the best books i have read, and i have read hundreds, that gives a person a lot of knowledge and insight to psychology is "how to live with a neurotic" by Dr. Albert Ellis Ph.D.  It's a very small book only 159 pages.

P.S. Psychology IS a science.  Anyone that thinks otherwise does not know what science is and is not.  There is a lot of Philosophy to it since all science started from Philosophy.

There's nothing to learn. Psychology is a pseudoscience, and therapists are nothing but friends you pay through the nose to talk to. They are for losers who don't have decent long term friends that care about them enough to talk through life's ups and downs.

Therapy has been proven to be no better than a friend who has the time and the inclination to hear you out. CONDEMNED.

Being a charlatan shrink and lying to people all your life taking money to be their false friend, is in no way comparable to being a surgeon. DO NOT LISTEN TO WHOEVER SAID IT WAS.

A psychologist knows absolutely no more about the human mind than the average person. It is a complete fraud. Don't flush your life down the toilet. Just watch Dr. Phil and see how low down and exploitative psychologists are... and how they state the obvious and call it 'science'.

Ask yourself. Does psychology deal with real diseases? no. No science at all. No lab tests... no diagnostic technology... no nothing... just the fashion of the moment.

Since Sigmund Fraud came along the fashion has changed every decade.... and it is all FRAUD and pseudoscientific GARBAGE. Which is why women mostly study it because women can't do hard science.

It's not a science. Anyone who says it is, probably depends on the world believing it is for their paycheck.
