  1. Try practicing snap downs off a wall to gain more body power. All you have to do if make a handstand on the wall then snap down with your hips. It helps!!!

You should learn how to do a back handspring at a gym because it's much safer.  If you want to learn at home, put something soft on hard floor.  When your doing your bhs make sure you keep your arms straight, and jump backwards not up.  You should have someone to spot you!!  Good luck and have fun=)

  3. it depends on how much power you have after a roundoff, or how much power you have bottled up. if you want to do a standing back handspring (no roundoff), that's more difficult, and you need very powerful legs.

    it's easier from a roundoff, because you have all that power punching into the floor, which you can then release into a back handspring.

    but that's a very difficult/dangerous trick, so be careful. i trust that you know what you are doing, and that you have a spotter/teacher helping you along.

  4. you can't learn in a day. you have to go to gymnastic center and take a tumbling class

  5. It takes more than one day to learn this not very easy move.  Keep practicing.  That's the only way you'll get it right.  Remember, that you can't expect miracles here.
