My flexability in my legs are good (I mean i can get my leg up very high, so my hammies are strong) but when it comes to making my legs go outwards (the splits) i can hardly go down at all.

What can i do to increase my flexability outwards.

Plz don't just say "stretch", be more specific

  1. it takes time, i used to do dance & gymnastics, but u do have to practice everyday, to do this urself, u can sit in splits (as far as u can go) at least for 30-60mins a day, do it in front of the tv or whatever, time goes by quickly, u can use ur own weight to push urself down.

if u have an experienced trainer they can push u down lightly on the waists, but get someone who knows what they're doing otherwise they might hurt u

if u persevere u will notice a big difference even within a week! front splits are much easier than side splits so u may want to warm up with front splits first (one leg in front one leg behind), but remember to alternate legs

    good luck!
