Hi There,

I am going out of country(FL,USA) for good 6 months. I have my nice car that I want my friend to use for free. He will be caretaker of car while I am away. Once I am back, I will want my car. While I am away, I want to own my car so when I am back I can sell/use it.

I am looking for the simplest way to do this.

One thing people told me is that my friend have to add a car in his insurance and that's fine with him. But what should I do with title which is under my name? - I don't want any legal trouble while I am away (e.g. criminal activity that happens in my car while i am away).

Please help!!!!!

  2. h**l...pay your premium and loan it to him..thats all you have to do./..if you are worried for a reason about criminal activity...they will take the car anyway...right?...I guess you could sell it too him and put a lien on it...but ...just keep it insured and loan it to him....not lease..loan
