  1. Just use a valid passport to check in and get on the plane. US Immigration does not check you out of the country just in.

The airlines just want to see a valid passport so they do not have to fly you back for free.

  2. If you are leaving,it will not be a problem as soon as your criminal record is ok with you.

They will only check when you came as you are leaving, its not their headache ,they will be rather happy to see you.

If you go to romanian embassy, you do not even have to pay for ur ticket and you will go to Your country safe,

  3. From the way you describe, Romania is the one place you can enter legally with the Romanian passport. From there, you would apply for a German visa and register as a spouse once you register your residence in Germany.

  4. if you have been staying in the US illegally, yes you will have some sanctions against you,

there are no procedure to live the US without problems for overstaying.

  5. they will check your passaport and it is stamped with your entry date.your name will show in the computer.you will be deported to your country or origin.from there start procedure to go to germany.but you will never again be allowed in USA.well after a long parole, interviews etc.

you will not be allowed to board to germany.might as well just go to your country.just remember the immigration officers are psicologysts and know everything you are even thinking!

  6. The US airport will only be checking to see if you have valid passport/ and or visa for entry to the country you are going to.  The US airport will not be looking for any proof that you are in the US legally.  There is no USCIS screening to leave.
