How to lighten up my lips?

my upper lip has a darker color how can i make it lighter and pinkish

first dont use brite red or orange lip stick!!! Use a suddle red or pink lip gloss. then over that put wet and wild glassy gloss. or some lip gloss with glitter in it!! hope it works!! it did 4 me!!

brush it with course salt on toothbrush then rub lemon on it

repeat often it will work
