How to list my website in Yahoo for free of charge?

Pls explain me how I can submit my website to Yahoo search engine to be listed there at the frontier free of charge. I got some methods which were costly. I am looking for a free method. Pls help me.

In order to move near the top of a search you must get links to your site posted at many other sites. Also to be indexed with the correct words you must include the correct metadata in the HTML.
