How to load a bobbin

Question

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong with this.. I turned the inner wheel toward me to stop needle movement, and I think I put the bobbin and the thread on the right thread guides, or maybe that's the problem, but my bobbin won't load. And it's vital that I get this project done by the end of this week! Please HELP!!
