I hope this url link works, this is what I have:

http://www.uline.com/ProductDetail.asp?model=H-464&ref=761

but it came with no instructions, and I cannot figure out how to load the tape. If the link doesn't work, go to uline.com, it is a 2" heavy duty tape gun/dispenser for packing boxes. The tape loads on the wheel from the side, there is a large plastic flange on top of the rubber wheel area, and cutter, with a cutter guide. Any ideas?

  1. They all load pretty much the same way, so: Pick up the roll of tape, find the end and hold the tape, looking through the middle, so the end is to your left. Hold the tape gun in your right hand so the handle is down and the cutting teeth are to your left. Slide the tape roll onto the white thing the same size as the inside of the tape. Pull the end of the tape out so you have several inches free. That goes downwards and you have to slide it through a little gap at the bottom of the gun. It's a bit fussy to do sometimes. Pull it through and up toward the teeth. The sticky side faces downwards or to your left on the side with the teeth if you are holding the gun as previously described. When you use it, place the tape onto what you're taping, press it on a bit, pull the gun towards you or across in front of you and twist it downwards a bit with tension on it to tear it with the teeth. There's a little k**b with a spring inside of it to adjust the tension on the place where the tape goes, tighter usually works best. The plastic flange is for pressing the tape down as you work but I usually don't find it very useful and remove it if I can.
