How to locate e-mail addresses & cell phone #'s?

Looking for some e-mail addresses of people & possible their cell phone #'s. Have tried Reunions, Classmates (forget those, just want $'s), public search, Intellius ($'s again). Zabo's gave me data but not what I was looking for. Can anyone help?
