How to locate someone in Randazzo Sicily??

I am looking for someone that I know lives in Randazzo Sicily/Italy...any ideas on how I can find him for free via the internet??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the Italian phone book or you could write a letter to him without an address if Randazzo is a small town and he has an uncommon name.
