How to locate the disappearing Add RSS link in "Add Content"?

Question

As part of the conversion to the new My Yahoo format, I am now unable to add RSS feeds. When I go to the "Add Content" page, the links that should appear on the lower right side of the page are not there. I've been told that there may be a problem with a pop up blocker or a firewall. I've gone through all of my settings in IE6 and in my system (XP) and the RSS link still does not appear. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem and I just downloaded IE7 and it works fine now
