How to locate vertical output ic on mainboard

Question

I have a sharp tv 32u-s50b.I want to fix it myself.somebody told me that it is the vertical output ic.but I don't know where it is.i have the service manual ,but it does'nt say nothing about that part.Please help                                                            Thankyou                                                                      Raul
