How to lock websites (parental control) in internet explorer?

like in firefox there are add-ons i am using...ba for internet...not quite gettin what to do..because....i messed up the default parental control option..help people!!

    if u want to block specific websites and certain sites which has adult material by using internet explorer here is the way

    open internet explorer -tools - internet options -click on content tab -content advisor click on enable - click on general tab - create a password  and restart ur computer ur kid shouldn be able to surf adult content ..
