The buyer in Monroe, LA bought item on pricegrabber and paid via Paypal. I shipped the item via FedEx to verified paypal address. However, he put a chargeback on his credit card 3 weeks later claiming he never authorized the charge. As a result Paypal refunded all money after three weeks of "fighting dispute". So now I am out of item that I sold and th money as well ( > $500). Can anyone please advise how do I lodge a complaint against this fraudulent person? What are my options? Any help would be grateful!
