How to look & act emo/scene??

Question

OK so my friend and I are going on a double date tomorrow, and our boyfriends are kings at pranking us, and so, we are going to be all emo/scene for the date.

Our thoughts were skinny jeans, dark dark eye makeup, stick straight hair (with lots of teasing), black nails, colored extensions, flip flops (only bc we refuse to wear anything else on our feet). We don't know what to wear for shirts. would a tank top be OK? And how do we act? We are kind of exaggerating the whole thing, as a joke.

BUT, Just to be clear, we are not posers and we are not making fun of emo/scene people. I completely understand where they are coming from, I am supportive of them, and I always give them the full respect that they deserve. This is just for fun, one night.

well personally i would wear a band tee and chucks and skinny jeans

but defianly tease your hairrr and straighten it wear alot of eyeliner and black nail polish thats what i would wear pretty much anyday but i dont really consider myself emo or scene im acuallly very popular and bubbly i just prefer to dress like that

Maybe you could buy some magnetic earrings (the ones with a magnet as the back so there's not really a hole) and put them on your nose, all the way up your ears, lip, and even belly button if you could get them to stay!

Wear a black shirt with Hello Kitty on it, if you have/buy one (not that Hello Kitty is emo, but most scene girls I know wear HK constantly).

Wear dark skinnys in black or dark, dark blue, or colored red.  With them, wear Chucks or Doc Martins, if oyu can find someone who has them.

Maybe you could get fake blood (like for Halloween) and put it across your arms as if you cut yourself.

To be really exaggerated, make your face really pale, then use INCREDIBLY dark makeup i.e. thick black eyeliner, layers of mascara, black eye shadow completely up to your creases and along the bottom of your eyes.

Maybe you could get clip-on extentions that are your hair color, pin straight, and make your hair down past your b***s, almost to your waist.  Also, colored extensions are a given.

Call yourselves Kitty or something along those lines.

Get a lot of rubber bracelets (the skinny ones) in all black, or black & red, or black & pink, and stack them up your arms.
