How to look after mealworms to keep them healthy before i feed them to a bearded dragon??

just keep them in bran or oatmeal

and maybe sometimes a peice of fruit for hydration

Well, put some bran flakes in a small container for them to burrow in and give them apples, lettuce, carrots, or other moist fruits. Feeding them is like making them nutritious, called gutloading. They may turn into pupae and beetles if they are cared for long enough. Another option, though not the best is put them in the fridge till you need them. Then they can't transform into pupae, but they won't be nutritious.
