How to look like this??

hii i.k this is my 2nd time askin' this but thats b.c i got no good answers for makeup AND hair. so help?? i need modified makeup tho cuz mi rents don't let me wear a lot of it.so dat means no heavy eyeliner and no black eyeshadow. if you could include diffuculty 4 both hair and makeup and steps that wuld b great!!

for the hair i would say bring the pic to the salon and ask them to cut your hair like that. they'd probably use a razor to give you layers and then in the mornings you would tease your roots depending on how high you want your hair to be. for the makeup, use a pale pink lipstick or lip gloss, but if you're not allowed to wear a lot of makeup then there's not much you can do about the eyes.

HAHAH my hair is like that cool but im going to get it recut different =[ to many people have that cut

Just do it but start light like dont put on as much eyeliner and tease your hair big and let it get biger and biger ease it on your parents
