hi frens.i m 28 yr male.I m 5ft9 inch.these days i have put on some weight coz i couldnt go to gym much due to lack of time.So due to it my cheeks also gone kind of fat.i want to make my face look muscular.i tried jogging for it but still it didnt give much better results.can u guys plz give me some tips so that i can loose my fat from my body as well as my cheeks.waiting for some useful tips.thank u

  2. You have to burn more calories than you eat..

    So start jogging & eat like 3-5 small meals a day & stick to water cus stuff like diet soda isnt actually diet..

    Eat alot of fruits & veggies cus most of em burn calories (brocoli & lemon etc) & so does ice cold water!!!

    if you want a complete list of negative calories go to google & type in NEGATIVE CALORIES & you'll get all tha fruits & veggies.

    -adjust your diet to high protein, low fat/carbs

    -get weights to lift at home

    -walk everywhere
