Ok...so i am a ballet school student but i think i will go to a private studio to..with one of my classmates..she's been there for a long time and she is the "pro" there...but I'm much better than her and i want to look professional there..there are bigger girls there but shes the best (trust me,ive seen the other ones. The thing i wanted to go there is that they make an annual show and if you know a variation you can do it...by doing this i get used to the stage..this is good right? And i want to know how should i behave to look like a "pro" because I'm confident that i can become one if i get used to behaving like one(not that I'm not good at ballet I'm great actually)? please help me

  1. The way to look professional is to be professional.

i.e. You have to be good at dance.

You have to be confident, have determination, have trust in yourself and do not, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, never, give up. At all. Unless you break your neck.

Sorry about the evers but I mean it. If you're doing a style of dance that's just not you, don't lose faith in yourself. You'll do fine!

Also, relax while you're dancing but also dance strongly at the same time. You can't be limp but you can't be tense. Got that?

Yes, it's always good to get used to the stage. If you want a professional career in dance, you have to dance whenever you can and wherever you can.

To look "pro", just be yourself!

You are pro, right? I don't mean literally, I mean you're good, right? So be yourself! And dance!

Hope I helped and good luck,

    LDxx

  2. if you dress correctly, with you hair in a neat ballet bun, following all of their guidelines, not only will you look like a "pro" but you will feel confident in yourself!

    good luck!!

  3. Is it necessary?

  4. ''lyrical dancer'' is right don't give up ever and I won't either LOL and the only way to look pro is to be pro =^..^=
