How to look up a hair dye?

Is there a site where i can look up my hair color and what it would look like if after i dye it? For example the way some boxes have on the side. My hair color now is a bark brown red but i want to dye it a dark violet or a brighter red...any suggestions.

There should be contact info on the box. If not, do a google search using the brand name.
