    you're not going to be able to lose 15 in only 5 days healthily, sorry. Maybe 15 in a month, but not 5 days.

  3. The only thing that you will be able to lose in five days is water.  You will be very dehydrated and worn down if you try to do this.  Sorry but you should of started like 2 months sooner.  Worried about school starting?

  4. Probably impossible. You would need to reduce your caloric intake + exercise enough to reduce your net calories by 17,500 per day. Not sure what you weigh but I can not think of any scenario where this is possible.  

  5. 15lbs in 5 days is dangerous. IF you could even do this, most of the you lose is probably going to be water weight. You would basically have to not eat any food with calories and exercise the whole time - which would nearly impossible with no energy to burn. The only way I can think to do this is to go out into the woods with no food and only water for 5 days and hike from sun up to sun down. You MIGHT lose 15 pounds in 5 days if you do this. You also would seriously risk your health. I agree that 1-2 pounds a week is what you can hope for if you're disciplined in your exercise and diet regimens.

  9. this goal is realistic, if you are really overweight. Then even doctors would recommend it, to ease your heart. If you are not - slow down, and give yourself at least a month - and even then it will be too quick.

    go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    Im starting this diet today to try to lose 15lbs before school. It claims you can lose up to 10lbs in 3 days!

    ^ If you scroll down towards the bottom it tells you what to do each day. The first day you drink a protein shake every 2 hours and get a salad at 6pm and the other 2 days you eat a serving of fruit every 2 hours. Pretty easy, right? It doesnt even say you need to exersize.

  11. Try the Beyounce Diet. This will work but it doesn't last. I would just watch what I eat and don't eat late nights
