How to loose 15 pounds fast as a teen?

please help! i want to do this in about a month, aybe three weeks, so i need a diet plan and excersize routene that i can stick to and is really basic, with out costing to much money on foods or pills or equippmenys... i cant go to a gym or anything, to you :(

please hhelp me! its on 15 pounds, 20 tops!

  1. Exercise and eat non fat foods


  2. cut out ALL sweets, fatty foods, junk foods, desserts, and carbonated drinks. ONLY eat at meal times- no extra snacking. Make yourself an exercise routine. For example~ twice a day

                                                  50 sit ups

                                                  15 push ups

                                                   30 weight lifts

                                                  15 minute run

    something like that. do some on-line searches for aerobics and maybe go on you tube and participate in an aerobics lesson. good luck and make sure you lose weight in a safe way.

    jus watch what you eat amd try to stay informed on how many calories are in your everyday routine for ex if your have a muffin everyday those are high in calories things like that look out for and excersize and drink lots of water

  6. okay. first, even though there isn't a gym around you, you can always jog around your neighborhood. go to sleep early, and wake up early before school and jog. studies show that if you eat after you jog, your metabolism is faster. try to cut down on calories, but DONT STOP EATING. that can make you really sick. and then, when you get home from school, is it close to your house? walk home! do you have to pick up groceries? walk there instead of asking for a ride. whenever you have free time, instead of watching tv or surfing the channel, go run a couple miles.(: i know because my friend was trying to lose weight and she lost 3 1/2 pounds in like 4 days by cutting down on calories and jogging alottt.
