im 5'2 and weigh 115 pounds. i have this BEAUTIFUL (and expensive) dress i need to fit into. this is very imoprtant to me and i need a diet/exercise plan to loose the weight. i am 100% commited to this diet, i just need a little helpi dont mind skipping mealsi need a structured cardio plan than will help me maximize my weight lossi dont mind long, hard exercisesthank you in advance =]
