How to loose 15lbs in 2 weeks?

im 5'2 and weigh 115 pounds. i have this BEAUTIFUL (and expensive) dress i need to fit into. this is very imoprtant to me and i need a diet/exercise plan to loose the weight. i am 100% commited to this diet, i just need a little help

i dont mind skipping meals

i need a structured cardio plan than will help me maximize my weight loss

i dont mind long, hard exercises

  1. well thats a lot of weight to lose in a little amount of time! I ussuallly say eat 500 calories less than reccomended and exercise like crazy-- but for this-- you are probably going to have to go about 700-900 calories below! thats hard! and not a lot to eat! but i think you can do it- if theres a will-theres a way!

    exercise:

    walk walkwalkwalkwalk if you can;t run

    if you can run just run as much as you can-- i say no more than 4 miles a day

    swim if you can- and swim a lot of laps

    jump rope for an hour or as long as you can without totally killing yourself

    do exercise tv if you have it- do two cardio programs

  2. Cutting down on junk food really helps.

    Over the summer I lost ten pounds just by eating better.

    Totally cutting it out would be best, something I didn't do. Ha (:

    I know this sounds lame, but a lot of magazines have those short exercises you can do each day.

    They really do work if you stick to it.

    For extra results, you could even try doing two different exercises and doing each one twice a day.
