  1. Yes, and should be quite easy. I find that the start of the diet is when I lose the most easiest. And three pounds is nothing. Drink lots of water. Don't go over 1500 calories each day and exercise 30 minutes each day. Running would be best. Granted, this is just a short term solution to losing 3 pounds in a week.Once you stop the things above, the pounds will come back.


  2. Yes it is possible.

    Drink 10 cups of water a day and eat lots of healthy foods.

    Example:

    Egg Whites

    Lean meat

    Lean fish

    Fat-free yogurt

    Apple

    Grapefruit

    Oatmeal

    Wheat bread

    Celery with peanut butter

    Brown Rice

    Watermelon

    Low fat Milk

    Soymilk

    Almonds

    Try to eat at least 1500 calories a day.
