I am 17 years old and I last time I weighed myself I weighed in at 200lbs on the dot. I don't look like I weigh that much which is surprising because I am only 5ft 2in. My goal weigh is 135 because at that weight my BMI would be 24.6 I believe which is a "normal weight" I know losing 4-6lbs a week might not be too heathly but I would just like to do it. I would like exercises and food diets included or links to any FREE diet plan websites that allow that much weigh loss to be a goal weight loss instead of just 2lbs a week. Please bare with me and do not give me lectures on how this is not healthy. I am a teenager and I am tired of getting teased because of my weight. Please help me!
