On June 11 when I got out of school I was 113 pounds and now I am 120 pounds. I am 5'3" so I'm not fat but the 7 pounds I gained was all in my lower stomach and waist area so now my jeans are tight and shirts that were comfy are now a little tight. I would like to loose 2 pounds by Wednesday and 7 total by the end of September. Any suggestions on how to do that?
