  1. that's impossible like previous poster said...you must exercise more to lose an excessive fat. by eating less the fat will still remain.


  2. it's not possible.. you lose fat by taking in a negative amount of calories.. granted you still must eat at least 1500 calories a day to keep up normal body functions. basically eat less move more is a good idea.

Sorry!  But you gotta do SOMETHING in the line of exercise to shake it loose.  If nothing else, try BRISKLY walking 30 minutes per day EVERY day!  Walking from the sofa to the refrigeator & back does NOT count!  If you are disabled where you cannot exercise, order a small pedal exerciser that sits on the floor in front of your chair & pedal while you read or watch TV,  Do a minimum of 1,000 RPM's per day - more if you can handle it.  It doesn't all have to be done at one sitting.  You can spread it out in 15 minute intervals over the course of a day.  When finished pedaling w/your feet - set the little machine on a table & start pedaling w/your hands to help exercise your upper extremities.  Eat lots of fresh fruits & veggies.  Slack off the breads, starches, cakes, pie's & cookies.  It's not easy to get rid of that belly fat - but nobody promised that it would be.

  4. its impossible to do tht. unless u go on a diet. but the best way is with excercise. (ex. crunches, jogging)
