excersise-i know, but something more effective.

  4. If you want to loose fast first understand, it can be unhealthy and your body will react badly, if it does not get any fat then the little it does get it will hang onto. But if you need to loose some for a dress or something then there are ways. You could take a diuretic which will make you pee a lot and you can loose about 6 lbs in a week, but not much off the belly. You could do the adkins, which you will lose about 10 in two weeks but you have follow it exactly, it tricks your body to raise your metabolism so you can't cheat in that, but don't over do it either, it is dangerous to stay on it too long, w/o carbs for too long it will weaken your body and mind (tired,depressed, etc).

    A real good, probably thhealthiestst one is the one they give heart patients in the hospital right before hearsurgeryry. You could ask someone you know who works there or maybe download it online.

  10. This morning I was listening to the radio. They were talking about how scientist found a new way to make a person live longer and healthier/ and lose weight.

    What you do is Eat regularly as you would one day and then fast the next day and only drink tea/water and sugar free gum.

    They said in one month someone can lose up to 4% of their body fat.

    I suggest you do a bit more research on this.

    I am around 100 pounds....

    yes i am very petite. but what I do after a big meal is I drink 2 or 3 glasses of water. (did you know water washes down calories?)

    If you choose to exercise you do know that you will be adding muscles over the fat?

    I suggest doing a little bit of exercising a week. Maybe go to the gym every monday wednesday and fridays? and do about 100 crunches a day.

    Other than that you should do the essentials (eating right, etc.)

    Try avoiding fast food (you can have it once in a while). Also try shopping at fresh/organic markets.

    A personal thing I do is that I don't eat until I absolutely need too (if I an feeling very hungry)..Also I don't normally think to much about food unless its given to me.

    I can not stress enough on how much a healthy diet is important.

    It is extremely beneficial and will help out in the long run.

    not only will this help you lose weight, but it will also give you a healthy look (great skin)

  13. ok. first of all, let me tell you that exercise is a lot more effective then any diet you ever heard of. either go to the gym, or if youre like me and dont have the time, just do 60 sit ups morning and night, thats for your legs. for the upper body, do as many crunches as you can. preferably somewhere over 100 a day. now trust me, you keep this up for at least a week, and you will see an amazing aberration. this only takes about 5 minutes of your morning and night, but the result is huge. well, not like 'fat' huge, like a really good result. you know what i mean.

  14. No, sorry but no diet fads or pills will help you lose weight quickly.  Starving yourself will only cause you to store food in your fat cells.  Hard work and determination is the only way.

Well if you don't want to keep the weight off..then do one of those crazy person diets where they don't eat anything!  That will be really healthy for you!  Otherwise if you want to lose weight and keep it off..talk to your doctor.  People really need to research how to lose weight..because doing stuff like this only causes you to lose water weight then people gain it all back..maybe even more and wonder why...hm.

  17. let me tell you about a diet me and my husband tried..its the atkins diet. you only eat meats nothing fried only grilled. i lost 10 pounds in a week and with excercise can you imagine how much you will loose? trust me it works

    and yes drink water an eat only vegetables, bread, and fruit, and  small portions of meat, water  nothing else for a month and you will lose tons of weight it worked for my cousin

    1) Lemon and water make you lose stomach excise water or something weird in your stomach that you dont need, kinda like bloating but not really. so it gets rid of that causing your stomach to get smaller and you lose weight.

    2) Go for a morning run, running really helps you lose weight, no joke its amazing what running can do. Also run up and down your stairs, do push ups and crunches, and do exercises on an exercise ball if you have one.

    then what you eat during the week so eat anything

    you want but count the calories and burn em off drink alot of water too

  24. Eat salad and fruit, stay healthy, eat healthy, exercise, go running, work out, keep thinking that you want to lose weight but you also want to do it in a healthy way. I have seen people take lots of those diet pills, I have not noticed that they actually work for them though. Good luck.
