How to loose weight and get in shape within 4 months?

I am 20 years old. I am 5'9 and 235 pounds. I am having my gallbladder taken out tomorrow. I want to start my diet tomorrow. I am thinking about getting a gym membership and walking every night. I am desperate to loose all of this weight that I had gained 3 years ago when I was pregnant. If anyone can help me or has any suggestions please comment.

  1. I will give you some very important advice.

    Stay away from diet pills, don't trust people who tell you a supplement will make you thin. Just remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

    The best way to lose weight is with diet and exercise. First of all, get your diet sorted out. Eat 4-5 small meals a day and calculate how many calories you eat per day. Aim for around 1500 calories.

    Cut out all unhealthy, processed, fast-foods and sugary foods.

    Drink water (at least 2 litres per day) and cut out all sodas.

    Exercise at least 3-4 times a week without fail with at least 30 minutes and increase every week.

    Keep a journal/diary and STICK TO IT!


  2. stop eating junk food. start going to gym and spend at least 2-3 hours a day.

    start doing yoga and go for jogging
