How to loose weight! good diet tips! ?

i m 13 year old girl and i m about 5 ft 5 and i weigh about 10 stone :( i was wondering if anyone has any good diets, ideas to loose weight, diet tips and how to get a flat stomach! thanks x

  1. Hiya xD I understand you wanting to lose weight, im trying myself. But please remember your not a small person heightwise and you dont want to be a stick insect you want bum and **** ;)

    But a flat stomach is probably what everyone wants =]

    If you can get to a swimming pool, maybe an hour a week or more do it. Swimmings the best exercise you can get, and so much more fun then running (in my opinion) =P

    On a morning do sit ups. Maybe start off with ten and work your way up gradually to more? Hands almost touching your ears, bring your body up, count to 5 then go back down. Do 10 before you go to bed to, and if you want 10 at about 3pm. Buy a work out dvd? They are always good to get your heart racing, and again fun. Go for walks with friends, or your mum. And DONT diet. Just eat healthily. Dieting sucks seriously :) Aslong as you stay in the calorie range youll be okay. Everyone needs chocolate to keep them going, especially me ;)

    Youre not fat, you just have something about you, not like these twiglets you see walking around. Good luck :) x

  2. no soda- try 2-4 liters of water a day-

    this is my diet

    for breakfast =

    8 oz soy milk nonfat (westsoy)

    whole grain curves cereal ( 1/3 oz)

    any fruit u like _

    orange/cherries/whatever u want -

    but 1 orange would be fine-

    snack-  ( i dont do snacks after breakfast- but if u want to)

    some nuts (almonds,cashews,peanuts)

    1/3 8-10 almonds,cashews... for a good balance-

    lunch+

    do u eat rice? i do.

    u can try brown rice (rich in proteins)

    brocolly,carrots, eggs (2 is enough)

    roasted beef ( or chicken/turkey) no salt/no oil-

    u can try veggie soup too-

    its very healthy and low in calories=

    any mix salad u want (lettuce, onions, red/yellow pepper,tomato,

    mix them all together wigh lemon)

    i dont eat fruit at lunch time- u can eat an apple-

    i always drink green tea after lunch-

    snack_

    7-10carrots and 4 whole grain crackers

    dinner ( around 6:30 pm) no food after 7 !!!

    same as lunch

    but in less portions

    but u can try nuts again

    or a non fat yogurt-

    or any salad if u wnat to.


  3. Just run 30 minutes to 1 hour a day but remember not to overdo yourself. Also do sit ups and crunches in the morning before school, after school, and at night. BUT DONT DO TO MUCH OF ANYTHING. Or it will make you feel horrible

  4. dont drink soft drinks

    drink lots of water

    get lots of sleep

    get exercise

    do sit ups

  5. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
