I hv put on a lot of weight and dats why i feel very bad to go into the crowd... i do exercises bt me getting no results... plzzzzz help me... plzzz.....

  2. Greetings it is commonly known that fad diets are useless for permanent weight loss. I say that you go on down to http://www.newloseweight.com its a really informative site with lots of free help and support. I lost 7 pounds in six weeks by following their techniques  

  3. I think you have to do exercises on morning and evening,if time allows u.Any one time go for walk and in another section do weight loosing exercises.Include skipping in weight loss regime. Take cucumber and oats/ragi as your breakfast.Stop taking rice or heavy food at night.

  5. Fasting is a best exercise for loosing weight.  Reduce food that is if u r taking full plate meals, take half plate meals, avoid eating oily food, non-veg. One day you can full fasting, night avoid taking food, instead take a glass of milk (half glass milk and half glass water) with one or two bananas.  See changes within one month.

    *avoid food rich in fat like ghee, n all, u should also reduce havin burger,pizza, softdrinks etc
