how can i loose a gut or a an inch 1/2 off my waist and mayne a inch off my thighs. i want something that's easy and fast

ps is there any way u can get your checks a little skinner

  1. Eating right and exercising is the best answer to that.  It might not be the fastest option, as opposed to taking pills, but pills put your health at stake and just aren't worth it.  So eat right- about 1300 calories a day.  Then you can try the following exercises that only take about half an hour.  First, walk for 5 minutes at an easy pace to warm up. About 4.0 on a treadmill. Then speed up to 5.0 for 10 minutes, which will lengthen your stride. Increase your pace again- go to 6.0 for 5 minutes. Do walking lunges for 1 minute. Repeat 16-minute walk-jog lunge sequence. Cool down at whatever pace feels good to you. It should take about 37 minutes in total. If you decide you want to stick to that, you can amp up your speed. If you don't have a treadmill though, try marching in place pumping your arms for 2 minutes. Do knee lifts for 2 minutes, bicycle crunches for 20 seconds, shadowbox for 2 minutes, mountain climbers for 20 seconds, skip in place for 2 minutes, do jumping jacks for 20 seconds, and complete circuit for however long you want. Cool down at your own pace. That will take 23 minutes.  Good luckkk! :)


  2. well nothings easy about loosing weight its all hard work.....join a gym and work out for and hour a day then go home and make a healthy meal.or you could take the easy way out and get all of your fat sucked out of your body with plastic surgery,that would be easy and lazy.

  3. You could try a mineral wrap, they do them at a lot of spas.  It gets rid of water weight and takes inches off.  However, they're costly.  I would just work out and eat a lot of protein to tone up.  If you lose enough weight your face will too.

    I have started drinking the, Slim-Fast Optimia (Suppose to controle hunger up to 4 hours) I started tonight and I posted a question about if its true and I am not sure yet, you can try just watching your foods, fruit is great like if your haveing an icecream, have a bowel of fruit after or a littel later! Eat a littel of something then a littel of soemthing else = )
