i dont know how to lose weight im thin but want to be thinner!!!!

  2. Here are some really simple and easy ways to lose weight.

    Just a few small changes can make all the difference.

    - Drink water instead of soda, juice, tea etc.

    - Fill you fridge and pantry with healthy things and weed out the bad. Rather than cookies stock up on bananas. You get the idea right?

    - Chicken and Fish are typically the best protein because of the lower amounts of fat. While dining out always choose these.

    - Eat plenty of raw vegetables.

    - You might try eating 6 small meals a day instead of three big ones. Some people say that it helps them to keep on track.

    - DO NOT try silly diet fads such as The Grapefruit Diet and The Soup Diet. You cannot eat like that for your entire life right? So when you go back to eating normally you will gain the weight back...Don't diet change your lifestyle for good by simply making healthier choices.

    - Get fat free, skim, or 1% milk at the store. Try making things with splenda instead of sugar.

    - Exercise Exercise Exercise. I cannot stress it enough. Just about 30 - 45 minutes of brisk walking 5 days a week should be enough to keep in shape and combine it with healthy eating and you should lose weight. If you don't want to walk you could ride a bike, swim, or anything else that is physical and that you enjoy.

  4. OMFG!!!! ONE pound? In ONE month? That is easy as h**l! Just work out daily and eat healthy and you could probably lose about 5-10 pounds in a month!!!!

  10. If you are thin I would say do not try to lose any more weight. But if you wish to, you can lose 1 pound just by going to the toilet. Usually the first weight to be lost from a body is water anyhow.
