Question:

How to lose 10 lbs. fast???

i know i asked this before but i didn't get enough answers. i'm moving overseas and starting a new school in about a month. i want to lose 10 lbs. in that time. any advice? i'll try anything.

  1. uh...eat healthy and excercise, if you don't have time to excercise then just focus on eating healthy foods only, and no soda, or any junk like that

I have lost 10 lbs in two to three weeks by simply cutting in half what i eat.  I used to have a regular breakfast, bacon, eggs, etc.  Now i eat ONLY two pieces raisin toast and 1 apple.  snack can be the apple or grapes.  Lunch is a spinach wrap with the following:  lettuce, tomato, blue or feta cheese, avacado.  no dressing, the avacado will provide the texture.  It is basically a salad in a wrap, but it is filling and very low in cals and the avacado has good fat. eat some nuts in the afternoon for protein and energy and DO NOT EAT DINNER.  eat just nibbles all night.  you will feel hunger but THAT IS GOOD.  Every hunger pain is burning a calorie...

    The easiest way to lose weight it to balance your calories going in with the calories going out.

    Burn more calories than you consume, and you will lose weight.

    Make sure you drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and cut down on dairy and junk food.  :)

  7. try eating healthy. no fatty foods. excercise.

    and instead of only eating 3 meals a day eat a big breakfast and smaller meals throughout the day. so 3 meals and 3 snacks or something to equal 6 meals. that way you wont go hunting for

    some fudge brownies.

    Write everything down, and do the math.

    Studies show that makes you lose twice as much weight, and bring music, or something that you can keep your mind on, so you don't get bored easily.

  9. ok i read the answers in the question you asked, and honestly there is nothing wrong with those answers and i dont know what your wanting? there is no quick fix to loosing weight and if you loose it too fast it can be very unhealthy. honestly i wouldnt loose weight just because your starting a new school... people are way to caught up on apprearances nowadays
