Before you do anything you need to be motivated.  If you want to lose 100 pounds, it is 100% possible.  Get a good friend and go to the gym daily, cut down on what you eat, and stay busy.  Pick up an exciting hobby, dont even give yourself a chance to sit home and snack.  As cliche as it might sound putting your mind to something like this makes it absolutley achievable.  Everyone is doing the best they can with what theyve got, and if you think of this as a challenge to make yourself a better person you will succeed.


  2. It is kind of impossible. 100 is a very unreasonable amount. I am not sure, I have not encounter this type of question before.

This Can Cause Cancer, Loss Of Appetite, Dehydration, And You Can Lose All The Nutrients Of Your Body.

    Simple, eat less, or eat more healthy foods, take long walks, drink plenty of water. stay away from a lot of salt.

    Easy diet I am on and I lost 48 pounds over about 4 months.

    join a gym and follow a weight training diet.

    Some foods are zeros; you can eat as much as you want,  melon strawberries etc... Lots of protein five meals a day and you don't have to give up carbs just eat the right kind at the right time.
