ok im 14 118lbs and 5'3.i really wuld like to be 108lbsi have a tiny waist and a flat stomache but i dont really like my thighs and butt areai wuld like to accomplish this in at least 3-4weeks.i play basketball year round.cross countryvolleyball &trackcross country and basketball start nxt monday so the exercisng part is takin care ofso wat r sum foods i shuld eat to help me lose sum body fat and help me get full so im not snacking all the time?i take biotin pills for my metabolism also.will that help?o btw im 14 so i cant really go and buy diet pills and c**p like that.thnx you sooo much!:)
