How to lose 10lbs in 3-4weeks?? help plz.?

ok im 14 118lbs and 5'3.

i really wuld like to be 108lbs

i have a tiny waist and a flat stomache

but i dont really like my thighs and butt area

i wuld like to accomplish this in at least 3-4weeks.

i play basketball year round.

cross country

volleyball

&track

cross country and basketball start nxt monday so the exercisng part is takin care of

so wat r sum foods i shuld eat to help me lose sum body fat and help me get full so im not snacking all the time?

i take biotin pills for my metabolism also.

will that help?

o btw im 14 so i cant really go and buy diet pills and c**p like that.

  1. Because you are so young I would recommend just eating lots of fruit and vegetables, especially leafy greens such as broccoli. Bananas are a good fruit to eat to keep you feeling full longer.

    I will also take this opportunity to say that since you are still growing, you shouldn't be dieting or worrying about your weight. Keeping active is a positive thing, but don't allow yourself to obsess about your appearance.
