if i eat a good diet and excersise can i lose 25 pounds in 2 1/2 months

heres my diet

breakfast-light yogurt and fruit or cherrios

lunch- turkey rolled up with fruit or peanut butter on whole wheat bread with fruit

dinner-a slice of meat and 2 vegtables

dessert- fruit salad or tea and 100 cal cookies

excersise- bike 8 miles a day and hip hop abs 2 times a week
