Hi im 15 i weigh 85 kilos and i need to get down to 50 kilos quickly i wanna become a jockey and i really need to lose 35 kilos so is it possible if it is please tell me the best possible way and how long would it take me

  1. Go to the gym every two or three days. At meantime, using slimming wrap or cream.

    It should take 5 weeks.
