How to lose 45 lbs in the shortest amount of time.?

I'm 5' 6' , 190lbs. My job is some walking, alot of heavy lifting, and standing still in one spot. I drink lots of water at work. I just started doing 30min on the treadmill every once in awhile. Suggestions on what i should be eating and an exercise routine.

  1. Cardio 3 days a week for atleast 30 minutes.

    Strength training inbetween the days that you're not doing cardio, PLUS 15-20 minutes of walking.

    I'm assuming you're a man? I think your calorie intake should be 1300 a day...don't remember for sure.


  2. Eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water and do cardio 5 times a week
