How to lose as much belly fat in 9 days as possible?

School stays on Monday, August 31st. I want to lose as much belly fat as possible in these 9 days. What is a good way to do this? I don't expect to have a model's body in a week, but I do want to make some progress. What are some good exercises and ways to eat? Also, I'd like some advice on what to do when school starts. I've decided to go with 6 small meals a day (Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.) having small snacks in between major meals, and cutting down on the amount I eat during meals. So, what are some good ways to do this?! Thanks for all your help. If you can give me some of the fastest and expense-free techniques, I'll be happy.

  2. One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle.  To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle.   5. Hate to burst your bubble but nine days is definitly not enough time for someone to loose enough weight for it to be noticable. Next time think a little bit and start at the beginning of the summer... not at the end.

  8. Exercise. Situps, crunches, all the stuff that works your abs. Run. Work out for like 2 hours a day. Should start seeing some changes.

  9. Cardio every morning 30min. for 9 days, watch what you eat, light or no carbs, no fast food, and you with be fine!

    and hold yourself in pushup position until you fall to the ground.

    just work the muscles in the stomach and they should start getting toned after only a few days.

  11. you have to try and stay away from the snacks. instead of the snacks eat fruit. drink lots of water stay away from soda and ice tea and all that other stuff.. you could also do situps .. that helps make your stomach flatt. dont do 100 in one day and the next day 20 .. make sure your consistant. last thing .. dont do what all these other dumb girls do .. dont starve yourself because that actually does make you gain weight * but goodluckk <3
