School stays on Monday, August 31st. I want to lose as much belly fat as possible in these 9 days. What is a good way to do this? I don't expect to have a model's body in a week, but I do want to make some progress. What are some good exercises and ways to eat? Also, I'd like some advice on what to do when school starts. I've decided to go with 6 small meals a day (Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.) having small snacks in between major meals, and cutting down on the amount I eat during meals. So, what are some good ways to do this?! Thanks for all your help. If you can give me some of the fastest and expense-free techniques, I'll be happy.
