i started weight training for about 2 and a half months already i have been doing cardio as well and so far there arent much results in the mid section it seems that my belly fat covered my abs are there anyway to burn belly fat fast? i tried HIIT but its too hard this is my usual planmonday-weight trainingtuesday-cardiowednesday-weight trainingetc.when i do cardio i usually only do the ellipical for 1 hour is that good enough? and i'm really bad at running i can only run for about 5 secs T.Tthanks in advance
