  1. The only way to lose belly fat is to burn calories, and there is no specific way to burn belly fat any faster than fat on other parts of your body.  There are about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, and using this chart you can see what exercises will burn calories the fastest

    http://www.thecolumn.org/exercise-calori...

Since it's hard to exercise a lot, cutting extra calories out of your diet is an important way to help lose weight. Go to this calculator and see how many calories your body needs per day, http://www.cancer.org/docroot/PED/conten...

Then all you do is add up how many calories you get from food, subtract how many you lose from exercise (you can just approximate it, hard to be exact), and if that number is less than how many your body needs per day (what the calculator says) then you're losing weight.  For ever 3500 less that you take in you lose one pound, and it's best to only try to lose 1-2 pounds a week, any more and it can be unhealthy.

  2. If your really bad at running that shows that you can improve heaps

Running is great for your whole body.

  3. Yes the key to a 6 pack is lots and lots of cardio.

Also, crunches should help with definition.

You may want to give this workout a try

make sure you have a good diet plan and keep doing the cardio!

Not all people can get a six pack but don't get discouraged keep working on it it sounds like you're doing a great job! Focus on more running! =)

  4. By painting it on.

  5. well maybe you should try eating healty. and lose the belly fat first, maybe try to encourage yourself to work hard. running doesnt always burn off fat the easyest so it doesnt really matter if you cant run.

  6. running/jogging is the quickest way to loose weight, just run /jog every day and you'll get use too it and have more stanima ..and you should look into diet

cutting down of sugar , greasy foods  etc....

  7. also try and eat healthier that might help.

and scrap the junk food if you want good results

  8. Hey

If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio.  I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine.  It really helped me on my way.  There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer.  I couldn't believe how much I got.  It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again.  I've even got my family on this program and it's working for them too.  I found it at  http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  This site also has some good free info.  Also some downloadable reports.

Good luck with the fat loss.  Don't give up.. you'll get there.

  9. cardio, lotta lotta crunches.

  10. My hubby & I noticed a big difference when we started doing cardio AFTER weight training.

So we walk the treadmill for 5 min - warm up

    Lift weights

Cardio for 30 min - usually elliptical.

We've been burning an average of 300 calories during our cardio. I have noticed I'm getting almost double the calories burnt by cardio after weights.

We also just do the same routine every day, 5 days a week. The only day there is no cardio is leg day, since there's more muscle groups to workout & there's a time limit for us to get done.

ALSO we've changed it up. 6 week intervals.

6 wks of - low weight, high reps (20-25)

Next 6 wks - high weight, regular reps (12-15)

and so on.......ever since we did this our bodies have responded. I attribute the cardio after weights AND the 6 wks interval plan.

  11. What you're doing already is the key AND sometimes it takes a while to finally show the result but it will.  Trust me - I did the same routine and it worked.  Also stay away from fatty foods.  You don't have to a perfect diet if you're keeping to that routine but it helps to keep extra fats and sugars to a minimum.

  12. Getting an abdominals take a lots of patient and work.

But first, you need to get belly fats first in order for abs to show on your belly.

Excersice isn't all. The more important is what you eat. Try eating better in order to get rid of belly fats.

    1. Eat regualrly, if you eat dinner at 6:00pm always, always eat at 6:00

    2. No food after dinner none except water.

3.Reducing the amount of fast food and oily foods.

    Plan your exercise

    Do it regualrly.

If you want to get rid of belly fats fat, I really recommand crunches. They are the best. The other one we call"upside -down bike" you lay donw on your back and just start pedaling the invisibal bike.

If you just eat regualrly without any oily-fast food and exercise regualry you will get an ab. But turst me, it takes much much patient to obtain one. But when you actually obtain one, it lasts longer than any other muscles.

  13. Looks like you need to do more cardio.  Like, running and or jogging.

  14. i have the same problem, but it is hard to lose
