How to lose belly fat???

need to lose my 4 inches belly fat and lovehandle in a month, will go walk 2 hr in the morning and run 1.5 hr at night. will this work? is there any machine I can use in the gym that could help??? sit ups??

just want a flat belly..because friend's wedding is coming up, any good experience you guys have? THANKS SO MUCH!!

    Jogging is good though!

    Hate to tell you, dont think you will lose 4 inches in a month =(

  3. exercise everyday and eat healthy foods

  4. 2 hour walk is a waste of time.  

    Diet, run and weights.

    Cut out all sugar and white breads.  Eat lots more vegies, fruit and fish.   Cut out caffeine and switch to water - alot of water.  When you start to feel hungry, drink water.

    Run, to get your fat burning going.

    Weights, places a big demand on your body when muscle repair occurs, will eat into the fat cells to replenish muscle tissue.

    The above combination results in RESULTS!
